The process of buying furniture for a new school administration, library and ICT suite at the design stage can be daunting. However I found the process very much easier with the support of Kerry and the Furnware team.
Kerry liased with the Interior Designer at the Architects office and provided colour boards for the furniture to be considered for the new areas. She provided a number of alternates and mix and match options that could be considered after dialogue about each individual area and its function. The process was therefore much easier; choice of style, colour and arrangement was made using the colour board, booklets and pictures.
One of the standout features of this process was the designing to our specifications of a couple of furniture items. This enabled us to make best us of our space and requirements in a designated area. The finished product works well with the other furniture and design of the room.
We now have administration and staff facilities areas that are functional, colourful, comfortable and welcoming. Staff reactions were all positive, visitors often remarking on the fabulous administration and pleasant, welcoming. I am delighted that the furniture complimented the new design work and it has more than met our expectations.
