14th ICOT - International Conference on Thinking
The 14th International Conference on Thinking was held in Kuala Lumpur this year and was run under the theme: Thinking Minds: Murturing the design of a better mind.
Principals and other education leaders from all over the world attended including a delegation of principals from the Hawkes Bay in New Zealand.
This conference was for any person with an interest in, and concern for, the nurturing of a design for a better future. Participants were able to meet international cutting edge thinkers, leaders, researchers and practitioners from various disciplines. The conference welcomed all those who are interested in understanding what THINKING is all about and or what is GOOD / EFFECTIVE THINKING.
It was a great opportunity for people from all over the world to attend this significant and timely conference. A range of social events, tours, and accommodation options were enjoyed by all. Key note speakers included Edward de Bono, Howard Gardner, Tony Buzan and Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad.
